Is the 2026 NorCal Picnic T-Shirt available to order?
Yes! You can order your 2026 NorCal Picnic T-Shirt and pick it up at the picnic.
Is my Associate discount applied to my purchase?
The order pick up option features picnic pricing, which is better than Associate discount pricing. Items that support the In-N-Out Burger Foundation® and the Slave 2 Nothing® Foundation are excluded from special pricing promotions.
Are all merchandise items available to order?
Select merchandise items will be available for a great price!
Where do I pick up my order?
All orders will be ready for pick up at the Company Store tent. Please arrive during your selected time slot and be prepared to show your ID and order number to pick up your order.
What is required to pick up my order?
Please provide your order number and ID when picking up your order. Save or screenshot the emailed receipt after you place your order.
When will my credit card be charged for my order?
The charge will be pre-authorized by your credit card company when you place your order, but your credit card will not be charged until you pick up your order.
Will my order be shipped to me?
Your purchased items will only be available for pick up on site at the NorCal Picnic during your selected pick up time. Orders not picked up will be returned to the Company Store and your card will not be charged.
Can I pick up my order before the designated time?
The time slot provided for pick up is to ensure your order is ready once you arrive. If you arrive prior to the specified time, there is no guarantee your order will have been processed or be ready for pick up.
How do I order if there are no available time slots to pick up my order?
If you don't see any time slots available, you can still purchase merchandise in-person at the NorCal picnic.
